Today I attended my First Saturday Prayer gathering at my friend Jan’s place.
When Silvana arrived at our prayer gathering, I noticed she was dressed all in black.
I said, “Silvana, you are all in black. What happened? We missed you last time you didn’t come.”
She told me her mother had just died, and she was worried about where she is now. She said her mother had a spiritual experience just before she died. She was looking at something with joy on her face and was lifting her arms towards what she was seeing.
Today, we prayed the Cenacle Rosary Prayers, including all four Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, the Litany to the Blessed Mother, and the Sixteen Our Fathers in honour of God the Father, to be merciful to the world.
During the prayers, while I was meditating on the Mystery of the Ascension of Our Lord, I was thinking, ‘Lord, take a lot of souls with You to Heaven. Take Silvana’s mother with You, if she is not there yet.’
Towards the end of our prayers, I was startled to see Silvana’s mother suddenly appear to my right and begin speaking to me. She looked very young, even though she had died in her eighties. I remembered when she used to come to our prayers with her daughter.
She said, “Valentina, I come to tell you, to tell My daughter, Silvana, not to grieve for Me and cry and to be so sad, because I am in the most beautiful place. I cannot describe to you how beautiful it is. I have been happy in the world, but not in the way I am now. The moment I took My last breath, all of a sudden Blessed Mother, beautiful Mother from Heaven appeared to me, and She brought with Her many angels. They were all smiling at me, and they just took me. They said, Come with us.”
“The Blessed Mother said, Come, I take you home. I went with them, but I didn’t know where I was going. When I reached this beautiful place, I cannot describe to you how beautiful it is, how holy it is, and I am ever so grateful, and I am so happy. Tell My daughter, Silvana, to be at peace, to pray and not to be sad.”
She looked so happy and was smiling.
The Blessed Mother chose the reading from Fr. Gobbi’s Blue Book for today’s Cenacle Rosary. She smiled and appeared right in front of Lydia, who was reading from the Blue Book.
She said, “My children, I look forward to this day when you come together because you offer Me so many beautiful prayers that other prayer groups do not offer Me—not as many prayers as you do.”
“Do you know what all that means? It means that you become holier and holier. You inherit holiness from the prayers. My Son and I really welcome your prayers, because we need them for the world. You also console My Son.”
When we finished all our prayers, the Blessed Mother said, “Ask Jan if she could choose one rose and give it to you. Take it home to your little altar and in that way, you console My Son. He is so offended by the world. So sinful is the world.”
I told Jan what Blessed Mother requested. Jan said, “You take one.”
I said, “No, Blessed Mother said you have to give one to me.”
She chose a little pink rose and gave it to me to take home. This is Blessed Mother’s favourite colour. Because of all the prayers and the appearance of our Blessed Mother, the roses are blessed.
Today’s prayer gathering was so special, and yet I almost didn’t go. I hadn’t slept well and had many chores to do at home. Then all of a sudden in my heart I heard, “No, that can wait. Go to pray.”
I was happy that I had been to the prayers. It was a beautiful and special day.
